| 摘 要： | “三个代表”是新时期全面加强党的建设的总目标和总要求。人民内部矛盾的产生、发展和解决与党的的路线、方针、政策 ,各级干部的领导水平和执政能力密切相关 ,因此 ,以“三个代表”为指导 ,全面加强党的建设是正确处理新时期人民内部矛盾的关键。

| Abstract: | Three Representatives' is the general objective and requirement of strengthening the Party in an all-round way. The emergence, development and settlement of the contradictions among the people are closely related to the Party's line, policy and the level of leadership of the leading cadres at all levels. Therefore, the proper settlement of the contradiction among the people should be guided by 'Three Representatives', and hinge on the overall improvement of the Party itself. |
