| 摘 要： | 通过系统分析我国国有企业在发展过程中存在的委托－代理问题，针对国有企业改革的难点问题，借鉴国内外已有的研究，提出解决国有企业委托－代理问题的三个有效机制：激励机制、监督机制和制约机制。
