超声法提取萹蓄总黄酮的正交试验研究

摘    要:采用正交试验法优化篇蓄总黄酮的超声波提取工艺,系统考察了乙醇体积分数、料液比、超声温度、超声时间对总黄酮提取量的影响.篇蓄总黄酮的最佳提取工艺如下:料液比为1∶25,超声温度为45℃,超声萃取时间为25 min,乙醇体积分数为90%.此条件下总黄酮得率为12.012 mg/g.

Abstract:The study was to determine the optimum extraction process of total flavonoids in polygonum aviculare with ultrasonic wave through orthogonal test. The effects of ethanol concentration, material-liquid ratio, ultrasonic temperature and ultrasonic time on extraction rate of total flavonoids were investigated. The results show that the optimum extraction conditions of total flavonoids are material-liquid ratio of 1 : 25, ultrasonic temperature of 45 ℃, ultrasonic time of 25 min with 90% ethanol as the extraction solvent. Under these conditions the flavonoids extracted from polygonum aviculare could reach 12. 012 mg/g.
