中国铁路利用外资剖析

通过定性分析及一定的定量计算，对我国铁路使用国外贷款条件，利用外资不同方式的利弊，铁路系统使用外资的投向比例，进行了较为全面、真实、透彻的分析；提出了如何拓展利用外资渠道、如何在外资使用方面提高引进技术含量、以及改善我国铁路行业投资环境，如何进一步深入研究国际投资理论等问题的建议。

Analysis of Using Foreign Capital for Chinese Railway

By means of qualitative analysis and definite quantitative calculation,a rather overall,actual,and in-depth analysis about the condition of using foreign loan for the domestic railway,the advantages and disadvantages of various ways of using foreign capital,and the investment proportion of using foreign capital for the domestic railway system is given;some advices to solve some problems,which include:how to enlarge the channels of using foreign capital,how to raise the contents of importing technology about using foreign capital,how to improve the investment environment for the domestic railway industry,and how to research more intensively the theory of international investment and so on,are proposed.
