| 摘 要： | 猪血SOD是铜锌酶,分子量31600,对温度敏感,PH7.6～9.0稳定,PH6.0以下,PH12.0以上不稳定。具较强的抗胃蛋白酶和胰蛋白酶水解能力。

| Abstract: | The porcine blood superoxide dismutase was Copper-Zine superoxide di smutase ( Cu-Zn SOD). Molecular weight of the SOD was 31600. The enzyme was hea.t-labile. Incubation at 37℃ for 5 hours made its activity decreasad by 10%; at 70℃ 2 hours decreased by 50%; at 90℃ for 1 hour the enzyme activity was completely lossed. The SOD was at pH 7 - 9. It was unstable at pH<6 or>12.O. the SOD was quite resistant to proteolysis of pepsin and trypsin. |
