CAPP与PPC的并行分布式集成研究

摘    要:将CAPP和PPC集成所要解决的问题归纳为四个方面,分析并指出了解决问题的基本方向,然后有针对性地从功能集成、反馈机制和系统结构的角度,较系统地阐述了并行分布式集成的概念模型.该模型充分考虑到集成规划环境下的CAPP与传统CAPP在应用对象、规模大小以及在线要求等方面的巨大差异,采用了完全异于传统CAPP系统结构的多级分布式的递阶集成系统结构,可以较好地实现CAPP和PPC的集成并有效地解决存在的生产问题.

Abstract:The problems which will be solved by the integration of CAPP and PPC are summed up as four aspects in this paper. Based on the analysis of these problems,several basic guiding principles for solving them are presented. In terms of functional integration,feedback mechanism and system structure,a conceptual model for the concurrent and distributed integration of CAPP and PPC is systematically addressed in accordance with the production problems and the drawbacks of the existing integration models. The model takes a full consideration for the great difference in applied object,problem size and on-line requirement between CAPP of an integrated planning environment and the traditional one. A multilevel anddistributed system structure,which is completely different from the traditional ones is used.It can achieve the integration of CAPP and PPC fairly well and solve the production problems effectively.
