Industrial Experiments on Common Fermentation of Bifidobacterium Adolescentis and Bifidobacterium Infantis Fermentable Dynamics and Effective of the Product

Industrial common fermentation experiments were carried out by isolating bifidobacterium adolescentis and infantis from healthy humans and taming them to be oxygen tolerate. The fermentation dynamics was studied to obtain optimum fermentation time, pH, quantities and proportions of strains. The preservation test of the product verified its practical value. SOD of the product, the morphological test of bacteria and various physical and chemical indices proved that these strains retained original characteristics and were effective throught magnification.
