青春,婴儿双歧杆菌共同发酵工业性试验——发酵动力学与产品效果

摘    要:用健康人体的青春、婴儿双歧杆菌,经耐氧驯化后进行共同发酵工业性试验获得发酵液.探讨发酵动力学,以获得最佳发酵时间、pH、菌种投加量及投加比.产品保存试验证实了其生产的实用价值.产品SOD活力的形态试验及各理化指标测定证实两菌株经放大生产,能保持原菌株的特征及功效.

Abstract:Industrial common fermentation experiments were carried out by isolating bifidobacterium adolescentis and infantis from healthy humans and taming them to be oxygen tolerate. The fermentation dynamics was studied to obtain optimum fermentation time, pH, quantities and proportions of strains. The preservation test of the product verified its practical value. SOD of the product, the morphological test of bacteria and various physical and chemical indices proved that these strains retained original characteristics and were effective throught magnification.
