摘    要:以异色满-4为起始原料,利用4-位羰基和芳醛的的缩合反应得到3-苯亚甲基异色满-4,进而与氰乙基酰胺发生Michael加成和分子内的加成脱水反应,完成异色满并3,4-b]吡啶酮衍生物的合成.所合成的新化合物均经核磁共振光谱、红外光谱及元素分析证明其结构.

Abstract:chromanone-4 is used as a starting material and 3-benzylidene-chromanone-4 are obtained by the condensation of carbonyl groups at 4-position with aromatic aldehyde. chroman3,4-b]pyridone derivatives are synthesized by further Michael addition and intermolecular addition-dehydration with cyanoacetamide. The structures of all these new compounds are characterized by elemental analysis, UV, IR, and-1H NMR spectra.
