| 摘 要： | 针对部分体操示范动作不能慢做,有些动作不能分解示范的专业特点,在体操课教学中采用辅助练习法、诱导辅助练习法与模拟动作讲解法,收到了较好的教学效果.

| Abstract: | For the professional features of the part of the gymnastic model actions can not do slowly and some actions are indecomposable,so we adopt auxiliary exercises,induction auxiliary exercises and the explanation of stimulant action in gymnastics teaching and received better teaching results. |
