复合氨基酸营养价值及对小鼠体内酶活性的影响

摘    要:以豆类蛋白水解液中提取的复合氨基酸为原料,小白鼠为对象,研究复合氨基酸的营养价值及对小鼠体内酶活性的影响。结果表明它有调节小鼠体内酶活性的作用。可使SOD、过氧化氢酶和精氨酸酶的活性升高,乳酸脱氢酶活性降低,蛋白质的表观消化率、食物转化效能及血红蛋白和血清蛋白总量提高。

Abstract:This paper studied the effects of mixed amino acids on enzyme activity changes and their nutritive values in mice bodies.The tested mice were fed with mixed amino acids extracted from soybean.The results showed that the activities of some enzymes got a little change.Blood SOD,catalase and liver arginase increased,but muscle lactate dehydrogenase decreased.Apparent digestibility of protein,food conversion efficiency,hemoglobin and total content of serum proteins also increased.
