| Abstract: | This paper introduces the origin and concepts of productivity paradox, analyses on the reasons causing productivity paradox from the angle of the measurement and evaluation of the information value, points out that the problems of productivity paradox of the information technology should be solved with the popularization of E-commerce and the information technology application system. |
