民事经济案件执行难的成因及对策思考

随着社会经济活动的日趋频繁，民事经济纠纷案件越来越多，但现实利益和合法债权的实现却因为执行问题而得不到兑现。文章分析了民事经济案件“执行难”的成因及给社会带来的严重影响，就如何妥善解决执行难问题，提出了具体的对策建议。

Considerations about the Causes of and Countermeasures for the Difficult Execution of Civil Economic Cases

Along with the gradual frequentness of social economic activities, the civil economic disputes and cases are more and more, but the realization of actual interest and legal financial claims can't be materialized because of the problem of the execution. This paper analyzes the causes of the difficult execution of civil economic cases and its severe influence on the society, and puts forward some concrete countermeasures and suggestions for appropriate settlement of the problem of difficult execution.
