摘    要:七十年代前后,由于新型固体声光材料的发现和高频超声技术的进步,声光技术得到迅速发展.随机光偏转和多频谱工作模式以及小信号工作时的优良线性,为电信号的光学模拟过程提供了很好的方法.

Abstract:A high resolution TeO2 acousto-optical deflector for radio spectral analysis was designed and manufactured according to the principle of off-axis abnormal Bragg diffraction. The theoretical resolution is 19kHz, while in practice, a resolution of 28.5kHz was achieved. The 1dB bandwidth is 22MHz. The deflection is a linear function of input power up to 100mW. An acousto-optical spectrograph with TeO2 deflector was constructed and an excellent result in the observation of dark cloud was obtained.
