处在配丝期的鲤鱼卵母细胞,划分细线、偶线、凝线、粗线和双线五个发育时相。本文重点阐明和分析了各时相卵母细胞的染色体行为,形态以及灯刷染色体的形成和弥散过程。

A Cytological Observation the Early Stage of Oocyte Development of Carp Cyprinus carpio

Based on the ovarian section and squash preparations stained with Feulgen reaction andGiemsa respectively of young carp,a cytological observation o.n the early stage of oocyte development was carried out.The results show that,as that of some fishes, the early stage of development of carp oocyte could be divided into five phase,i.e.leptotene,zygotene,synezesis,pachytene and diplotene.From the zygotene to the synezesis chromosomes underwent condensation and were continually aggregated into a spherical mass.After the pachytene,the chromosomes deaggregated and entered into early diplotene.Then,the chromosomes spreaded and were transformed into lampbrush chromosomes,life-span of which is about one month,later on diffused.
