田口损失函数的改进及在最佳经济生产批量中应用

基于理想的田口损失函数呈对称分布且变量取值无限，对田口损失函数进行了修正，提出了不对称的田口损失函数，并建立了相应数学模型，对损失系数进行了计算分析．在持有成本和准备成本基础上，考虑返工、返修及质量损失成本，建立了综合的成本模型，并对模型的求解条件进行了分析，推导了考虑返工、反修和质量损失成本的最佳经济生产批量的计算公式，并以实例进行了验证分析．

Improvement of Taguchi's Loss Function and Its Application in Optimal Economy Production Quantity

The ideal distribution of Taguchi quality loss function is symmetrical and the value of variable is infinite. The loss function was revised and a kind of non-symmetrical loss function was put forward. The efficiency of loss function was analyzed. The economy production quantity which is widely used now only include inventory cost and order cost. The optimized EPQ is got by solving differential equation of total cost and much cost such as reworking cost, revising cost and Taguchi loss cost are neglected. A synthetical total cost model was built based on the above costs and its economy production quantity was got. An example was also given.
