重庆市主城区土地利用动态变化时空特征分析

摘    要:基于重庆市主城区19962004年的土地利用变更调查数据,分析其土地利用动态变化的时空特征.认为:数量上,园地、林地、建设用地面积增加,其它地类减少,尤其是耕地大量减少,各地类变化的单一动态度差异明显,且各区土地利用变化的差异较大.程度上,8年来主城区的土地利用程度逐步提高.空间上,主城区建设用地的重心在向北部移动.并提出区域土地可持续利用的建议.

Abstract:Based on the data of land-use alteration from 1996 to 2004 of the city zone of Chongqing, the author analyzed the spatial-temporal feature of land-use dynamic change. In quantities, the area of garden polt, woodland and construction land were increasing, others decreased, especially plowland decreased greatly, the change of dynamic degree was obvious, and that regional difference of land-use was great; in degrees, the degree of land-use had increased during the eight years; in space structure, the barycenter of construction land was moving toward north of the city zone of Chongqing. Finally the author proposed the sustaintable suggestions of land use.
