大学生中实行高血压干预措施的必要性研究

为了解大学生对高血压知识的掌握情况和高血压行为危险因素的自我约束能力,通过对大学生高血压患者、高压血高危人员和正常者各80人进行了高血压知识和危险因素的问卷调查。结果发现,相当部分大学生对高血压认识不够,本人行为约束能力不理想,尤其是高血压患者也没有能自觉采纳科学生活方式。因此在健康体育教育中对大学生开展高血压知识教育、提倡科学生活方式刻不容缓。

Essential Study on the Measure of Hypertentive Intervention Designed for College Students

A questionnaire about hypenention is presented in this article among patients with less serious,and serious hypertention and normal subjects from college, respectively 80, in order to learn how successfully they control themselves concerning the dangerous aspect of hypertentive behavior and how well they understand hypertention. It is found that most students know very little and they even cannot act properly. Serious patients especially, fail to consciously adopt scientific living style. It is, therefore, a matter of great urgency to launch a learning movement of hypertention and advocate a scientific way of life.
