摘    要:上世纪90年代以来,连续爆发的养殖栉孔扇贝大规模死亡事件给我国的扇贝养殖业造成了重大经济损失,本文就近年来国家“973”课题组在该病害的流行病学调查、病原学研究及单抗免疫学检测等方面所取得的主要研究结果进行了较为系统的综述。

Abstract:Since 1990s, mass mortalities among cultured scallop Chlamys farreri caused devastation in scallop farms throughout the northern cost of China. An unknown spherical virus, named "acute virus necrobiotic disease" virus was verified as the causative agent. The paper summarizes the progress and results in epidemiological surveys, etiological investigations and monoclonal antibody based immunodetections of this diseses. The pathogenic mechanisms and transmitting route of the AVND virus are also assayed and discussed.
