浅谈企业人事考核

摘    要:论述了人事考核对现代企业的重要性。企业人事考核应从品德、业绩、态度、个性几个方面对企业员工进行实事求是的评价,具体实施时应注意考核项目要具体、切合实际,要有明确的考核指标和严格的反馈制度,并且要将结果加以运用,同时避免仅由企业领导对员工进行考核。

Abstract:This paper discusses that personnel vocational assessment is very important for modern enterprises and the evaluation based on facts should be made from aspects of moral characters, achievements, attitudes, personalities, etc. And in practice, we should pay attention to that the items of assessment must be concrete and accord with reality, the assessment should have clear indexes and strict feedback system, the results should be used,and should avoid the assessment be made only by the leaders of enterprises.
