福寿螺对几种农药的毒力反应及田间药效试验

摘    要:本文报道了福寿螺对15种单、复剂农药的浸杀毒力反应。单剂巴丹毒力最大,LC_(50)为1.26ppm;硫酸铜次之,LC_(50) 1.401ppm;复配农药辛硫磷加敌百虫有显著增效作用,共毒系数292.94,茶籽饼加硫酸铜仅表现毒力相加作用,然而,从田间防治效果及使用成本考虑,茶籽饼加硫酸铜是一种廉价高效、使用方便,来源广的灭杀福寿螺药剂。值得推广,同时还报道了温度、季节对杀螺效果的影响,为适时、合理使用杀螺药提供依据。

Abstract:This paper deals with the toxic effect of 15 varieties of single or mixed agricultural chemicals on Arapullaria gigas spix. The results of the experiment showed that Ampullaria gigas spix are most sensitive to Cartap, with LC_(50)1.26ppm, second only to which is Copper sulphate, with LC_(50) 1. 401ppm. The results also showed that the Phoxim—Trichlorphon mixture gave great synergistic effect with a cotoxicity coefficient of 292.94, while teabrans—copper sulphate mixture merely gave toxicity additive effect. However, the teabrans—copper sulphate mixture might be the most suitable chemical for the killing of Ampullaria gigas spix in fields if both its effect and its cost are taken into account. Also, the effects of the temperature and the season upon the toxicity are also discussed.
