摘    要:以黄独珠芽为材料,研究珠芽浸提液对大白菜种子发芽的影响;用ELISA法测定休眠期珠芽GA3、ABA、ZR、DHZR和IAA含量,研究珠芽休眠期内源激素的变化规律.结果表明:珠芽休眠期和萌芽时珠芽基部、中部和顶部浸提液对大白菜种子发芽的影响与对照差异不显著;珠芽休眠期GA3含量下降、ABA与ZR含量上升、GA3/ABA比值下降、IAA和DHZR含量在发芽时与休眠初期相当.黄独珠芽在休眠期和萌芽时不存在种子萌发抑制物,珠芽发芽需要GA3/ABA比值下降,ZR含量升高.

Abstract:The effect of extract from bulbils of Dioscorea bulbifera on germination of Chinese cabbage seed has been studied in the article.And variation of endogenous hormone GA3,ABA,ZR,DHZR and IAA content in dormant bulbils has been studied with ELISA(Enzyme Linked ImmunoSorbent Assay).The results showed that extract from the base,the middle,the top of the dormant bulbils or the germinating bulbils did not significantly promote the Chinese cabbage seeds germinating.The GA3 content decreased in the dormancy period.Both the ABA content and that of ZR increased.The IAA content and DHZR content in the germinating bulbils were equivalent to that of the contents in the newly dormant bulbils.The ratio of GA3 content and ABA content decreased in the dormancy period.The whole results indicate that no matter inhibiting germination has been extracted from the dormant bulbils or the germinating bulbils,and the lower ratio of GA3 to ABA and the high concentration of ZR were needed for bulbils germinating.
