非医学院校大学生开展急救知识和技能培训的探讨

目的:通过对非医学院校开展急救知识和技能的培训,实现了非医学院校大学生急救知识的普及和推广,进一步将此类培训推广到社区和社会的各阶层,从而提高了普通民众的急救能力和整个社会的应急救护处理能力.方法:从重庆邮电大学2009级、2010级、2011级随机选取118名大学生,进行为期近2个月的应急救护理论知识与实践技能培训,再对其培训前后应急救护的理论知识与实践操作的掌握程度进行对比分析.结果:非医学院校大学生急救基本知识及实践技能缺乏,通过培训心肺复苏、出血救治、毒蛇咬伤处理、呼吸困难急救、骨折关节脱位、溺水救治、烧伤烫伤现场即时处理等项目,再与培训前分析比较,其差异具有统计学意义(p<0.01).结论:在非医学院校大学生中开展应急救护的理论知识与实践技能操作培训,其效果明显,满意度为100%;在高校开展此类培训,可以充分利用高校的资源优势,具有投入成本少,可操作性强等优点;此类培训完全可以在全国高校大学生中推广和普及.

A Study of Training in First-Aid Knowledge and Skills for Non-medical College Students

Objective: The training in first-aid knowledge and skills for non-medical college students helps the popularization of first-aid knowledge and skills for non-medical college students.Such training will be further popularized to the community and the whole society,which will help the ordinary people increase their first-aid ability and help the whole society improve first-aid and emergency rescue ability.Methods: One hundred and eighteen students from Grades 2009,2010 and 2011 of Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications are selected to be trained for nearly two months of emergency rescue theoretical knowledge and practical skills,and a contrastive analysis of their pre-training and post-training is conducted.Results: Non-medical college students are shown to lack basic first-aid knowledge and practical skills.Having been trained in cardiopulmonary resuscitation,bleeding treatment,snake bite treatment,dyspnea in emergency,fracture dislocation,drowning rescue,burn and scald on-site processing,they are compared with their pre-training performance,which proves to be different with statistical significance(p<0.01).Conclusion: The training in emergency rescue theoretical knowledge and practical skills for non-medical college students proves to be effective and it achieves a 100% satisfaction.Such training can be conducted in colleges and universities in that the resources can be utilized,which shows that such training costs less and has very strong feasibility.Such training can be popularized to college students around the nation.
