DCS锅炉水温控制系统优化设计

摘    要:针对目前锅炉水温控制系统温度控制不准确和时间延迟的缺陷,为准确及时地对锅炉水温进行监控,提出了一种基于DCS锅炉水温控制系统优化设计方法。采用了8051主控芯片,AD590芯片作为温度传感器,ADC0804芯片作A/D转换器,然后使用模糊自适应内模控制算法实现对锅炉出水温度的控制。实验结果表明,该方法解决了传统方法中外界气温变化和锅炉燃烧实时调整的问题,能够准确实现供水温度和设定值的实时跟踪和自动控制,具有较好的使用价值。

Abstract:Abstract: In the boiler water temperature control system is not accurate control temperature and has time delay defects, The paper put forward a optimization design method based on DCS boiler water temperature control system. Used 8051 master control chip, AD590 as temperature sensor chips, ADC0804 chip as A/D converter, and then used fuzzy adaptive internal model to realize control of the boiler water temperature. Experimental results show that the method has solved the traditional method of external temperature changes and the real-time boiler combustion adjustment problems, can accurately realize water temperature and set point of real-time tracking and automatic control, has good use value.
