某型燃机转子轴向推力关键因素分析

摘    要:燃气轮机转子的轴向推力是燃机总体设计的重要指标之一。针对某型燃机,通过建立轴向力仿真平台,计算不同装机状态燃机的轴向力载荷;并结合大量整机试车与轴向力实测数据,分析影响该载荷的关键因素,以期减少试车次数,降低成本。研究与实测表明,运行工况、涡轮导向器喉道面积、封严结构等均构成影响轴向推力的关键因素。更改封严直径、修整喉道面积能够大范围地调整转子轴向力,调整封严间隙值能对轴向力进行微小的调整。

Abstract:The rotors axial thrust is one of important gas turbine design parameters. Axial thrust measurement and simulation platform are set up at first. The factors on rotors thrust are concluded out by simulations in different conditions and plenty of tests. Those conclusions could be used to decrease test times and reduce cost in the next axial thrust adjustment work. It is revealed that output power, the throat area of the turbine nozzle and the seal structures make up key factors on rotors axial thrust. Diameter of seal ring and throat area can be used for wide adjustment and seal gap fine adjustment.
