摘    要:对甲醇装置往复式压缩机管道系统产生的剧烈振动,分别从管系基本配置、气柱共振、机械共振及气流脉动水平等方面进行了系统的研究分析,提出了相应整改措施,措施实施后取得了圆满的效果,得出了类似管线在设计过程中应遵循的基本原则。

Abstract:A systematic analysis and research on the strong vibration in the piping system of methanol reciprocation compressor is made by studing its basic piping system' configuration,gas column and mechanic resonance,gas flow and so on.Some measures are suggested and taken and they are effective.The principles that must be followed in such piping design are proposed.
