| 摘 要： | 通过对黄石市潜在风险源隐患的调查和分析，就突发性环境污染事故的防范工作提出了广泛宣传提高认识、加强风险源的管理、加强应急监测与处理处置的能力建设、建立应急救援系统等建议，旨在为我市开展突发性环境污染事故防范工作提供依据和决策参考。

| Abstract: | We propose a lot of suggestions for defending potential environment risk after investigation and analysis data obtained. It is important that widely educating, enhance to manage resource of risk, increase the capability to test accident data, construct system to treat urgent thing. The purpose of this paper is to provide a reference for the government. |
