| 摘 要： | 从目前由于过分强调语言这个交际工具的重要性而产生的两个误解着手，对语言及非语言交际工具的地位和作用展开论述，认为语言是人类最重要的交际工具，而作为次重要和次要交际工具的非语言交际也是人类交际必需的手段。同时，对语言交际失败的原因进行了深入的剖析。

| Abstract: | At the first part, with two misunderstandings of the over - emphasized importance of language as a means of communication, this paper discusses the status and the functions of both language and non - language means of communication, and advances that language is the most important means of communication to the human beings and that non -language communication, as both the secondary and minor means of communication, is a crucial means of communication for the human beings. At the second part, this paper makes a thorough analysis on what results in the failure of language communication. |
