| 摘 要： | 应用C2GS2模型,以科技活动的有效性和规模收益分析为基础,对甘肃省的科技投入产出效率进行了评价.一方面,通过对甘肃省2001～2005年科技投入产出的C2GS2分析,发现甘肃科技活动在大多数年份里相对有效,但规模收益的效果不是非常明显;另一方面,对甘肃省若干样本产业科技投入的效果进行了分析,揭示出不同产业的科技投入产出效率情况.
