| 摘 要： | 自主学习是由学习者的态度、能力和学习策略等因素综合而成的一种主导性学习方式,设计性实验能促进和提高学生的自主学习能力.本文以环境微生物检测验证性实验改造为设计性实验为例,探讨自主学习在设计性实验中的应用.
