GC-MS结合直观推导式演进特征投影法(HELP)分析大茴香和小茴香挥发性化学成分

摘    要:采用GC-MS联用技术结合直观推导式演进特征投影法(HELP)对大茴香和小茴香挥发性化学成分进行比较分析.此外,程序升温保留指数用来辅助定性.共定性出17种挥发性化学成分,其中大茴香13种,小茴香11种,分别占二者挥发油总相对含量的89.43%和99.53%.共有组分7种.大茴香和小茴香的挥发油主要成分为茴香烯,含量分别为70.72%和85.82%.

Abstract:The essential oils from Fructus Anisi Stellati (FAS) and Fructus Foeniculi (FF),respectively produced in Guangxi and Shanxi provinces,were first analyzed by GC/MS combined with heuristic evolving latent projection (HELP) resolution method.In addition,temperature-programmed retention indice (PTRI) was used to improve the accuracy of qualitative analysis.In total,17 compounds were identified.Among them,13 components from the volatile oil of FAS,and 11 ones from that of FF,respectively accounting for 89.43% and 99.53% of the total contents of essential oil.The common constituents are seven.The major component in FAS and FF was 1-methoxy-4-(1-propenyl)-Benzene,accounting for 70.72% and 85.82%,respectively.
