我国民族地区推进社会治理现代化法治保障研究

On Legal Protection of Promoting Modernization of Social Governance in Ethnic Areas of China

In China’s strategic plan for social construction,the fundamental purpose of promoting the modernization of social governance is to fully improve and protect people’s livelihood,realize social harmony,orderly develop society,and safeguard social stability and national security.Under the background that the overall rule of law is the essential requirement and important guarantee for upholding and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics,it is of great significance to push forward the modernization of social governance in ethnic areas in accordance with the law,to fully improve and protect the people’s livelihood in ethnic areas,to achieve harmonious and orderly social development,to maintain social stability in areas,and to safeguard national security on the basis of the specific characteristics of the areas in China in terms of nationality,the particularity of objective environmental conditions and the difference in social governance capabilities,etc,and in accordance with the basic principles of scientific legislation,strict law enforcement,fair justice and universal law-abiding construction.
