| Abstract: | Benefits come out of management. To improve interaction in management is one of the effective methods in the management of excellent sports teams. According to David Johnson's social interdependent theory, I focus my attention on a few conspicuous problems existing in the athletes of excellent sports teams and come up with measures to improve interaction in the management of excellent sports teams. |
