城市生态园林规划与建设若干问题的探讨与对策

城市生态园林是一个生态环境系统,它是城市社会主义物质文明和精神文明建设的组成部分,其规划和建设水平与质量既是城市综合竞争能力的体现,也是展示现代化城市风貌的窗口。在阐述城市生态园林重要性的基础上,对照国家生态园林城市的标准剖析了目前城市生态园林的规划与建设中存在的若干问题,并从增强全民生态意识入手,坚持与贯彻生态学、经济学、美学等科学理论和原则,针对规划、建设和评估等环节提出了完善城市生态园林规划与建设的对策。

On Programming and Constructing Problems of Urban Ecological Gardening

Urban ecological gardening is not only an ecological environment system of city, but also an important part of material and spirit civilization. The level and quality of programming and constructing of urban ecological gardening is materialization of integrative competence, and a window of style and feature of modernization city as well. On the basis of explanation of the significance of urban ecological gardening and through contrasting national criterion, several problems of programming and constructing of urban ecological gardening are analyzed, and some consummating countermeasures of programming and constructing of urban ecological gardening, for example, buildup ecological consciousness of people, doing layout and constructing well according to science theory, establishing and perfecting the system of evaluation, etc. are put forward in this paper.
