| 摘 要： | 以PEG/磷酸盐双水相系统为研究对象，成功地制作了PEG6,000./磷酸盐和PEG10，000/磷酸盐两个双水相系统的相图，初步探讨了5种不同组成的PEG6,000/磷酸盐双水相系统相分离过程的一般规律，然后以BSA在PEG6,000/磷酸盐双水相系统两相间的分配系数及其下相分配率为目标，研究了双水相系数成相浓度、外加盐NaCl、BSA起始浓度等对BSA在双水相系统中分配特性的影响。 |

| Abstract: | The aqueous two phase system diagrams of PEG 6,000/phosphate and PEG 10,000/phosphate successfully made.The phase separation process for five different PEG 6,000/phosphate aqueous two phase systems was primarily studied.The influence of phase compositions concentration,initial BSA concentrations on the partition properties for BSA in PEG 6,000/phosphate aqueous two phase system was investigated considering the partition coeffient of BSA in two phase and the yield of BSA in the bottom phase. |
