摘    要:以多流道共挤出工艺为研究对象,采用有限元数值分析方法考察主要工艺参数(挤出温度、入口压力、聚合物种类及合金组成)对挤出流道中聚合物流体速度场的影响,以挤出流道出口不同聚合物流体的平均速率比为优选目标,从而优选聚合物共挤出工艺.结果表明,数值分析能够对工艺参数与流体出口速率进行定量分析,更快地优选不同聚合物流体的平均速率比,从而稳定复合材料性能和尺寸.

Abstract:The coextrusion of multi-runner was researched.The polymeric velocity fluids of extrusion in the runner was analysed by analysing the major technical paramters including extrusive temperature,inlet pressure,types and composition of alloy of polymer.The optimizing aim was velocity ratios of different polymers in the outlet.It was showed that numerical analysis could do quantitative analysis between technical parameters and extrusive results,and quickly optimize polymer velocity ratios and stabilify the performance and size of composite material.
