竞争性领域的国企产权改革

论述了国企产权改革在理论上必须明确以及在实践中应该探索的问题。从理论上来讲，国有企业是内生于公有制约，而不是内生于私有制；不能完全用西方产权理论来解释国有企业产权改革。在实践层面上，不能简单地认为我国国有企业的经营效率不如私有企业，同时要搞清产权明晰到底是个相对的概念，还是绝对的概念。

Reform of State-owned Enterprise's Property Right in Competitive Field

This paper discusses the problems of the reform of state-owned enterprise's property right that must be determined theoretically and should be investigated practically. Speaking theoretically, state-owned enterprise does initiate within the public ownership and does not initiate within the private ownership, and the western property right theory can't be completely used to explain the reform of state-owned enterprise's property right. And on the practice, one shouldn't simply believe that the operation effect of our country's state-owned enterprises is less than that of private enterprises, and one should make clear that the definition of property right is a relative concept or an absolute concept in the final analysis.
