干旱胁迫对小叶黄杨幼苗膜脂过氧化及保护酶活性的影响

摘    要:以小叶黄杨幼苗为实验材料,通过人为控制土壤含水量模拟自然干旱条件,研究了干旱胁迫对小叶黄杨(Buxus microphylla)质膜相对透性、MDA含量和过氧化氢含量、超氧阴离子产生速率及保护酶活性的影响.结果表明:在干旱胁迫下,小叶黄杨质膜相对透性、超氧阴离子产生速率、MDA及过氧化氢含量总体呈上升趋势,但幅度各异;随着胁迫程度的加剧,SOD、CAT活性呈现出先升后降的变化趋势,POD、APX活性总体呈现上升趋势.

Abstract:Lipid peroxidation,MDA content,H2O2 content,O·2 production rate,activities of defense enzymes in Buxus microphylla seedlings were studied during drought stress.During drought stress,the cytomembrane permeability,MDA content,H2O2 content,O·2 production rate increased.the activities of SOD as well as CAT showed the trend of increasing-reducing with increasing levels of drought stress,however the activities of POD as well as APX showed consistent increases.
