| 摘 要： | 阐述了基于半导体光放大器（ＳＯＡ） 的有源光开关独特的优点．对ＳＯＡ 作为开关中的选通门的四个性能参数即开关速度、消光比、噪声指数和动态范围作了分析，指出了改善各性能参数的途径．

| Abstract: | The specific advantages of active optical switch is demonstrated based on SOA gate. Four performance parameters, i.e., the switch speed, extinction ratio, noise figure and dynamic range, of the SOA to be used as the gate, are analyzed. The way to improve the parameters is suggested. The development of monolithically integrating technology in relation to SOA switch is surveyed. |
