微型发光二极管智慧显示及巨量转移关键技术专利分析

摘    要:本研究对微型发光二极管专利及巨量转移技术专利的发展态势、技术热点、核心专利及科研院所专利等内容进行了分析探讨,绘制了核心专利技术路线发展图,对巨量转移技术进行了技术功效分析。研究发现中国的专利数量虽然占绝对优势,但核心专利比例较低,苹果公司实际掌握着Micro LED核心专利技术,广东工业大学是关注巨量转移技术的重点院校。本研究建议国内相关企业加大Micro LED专利的研发投入,可重点从巨量转移技术入手,加强企业间合作交流,和院校合作孵化新技术。

Abstract:This paper analyzes and discusses the development trend, technical hotspots, core technology, etc. of Micro LED patents and massive transfer technology patents. It draws the technology development roadmap of Micro LED core patents. Technical efficiency analysis has been carried out for Massive transfer technology. The study found that although China has an absolute advantage in the number of patents, the proportion of core patents is relatively low. Apple inc. is actually mastered the Micro LED core technology. Guangdong University of Technology is a key institution focusing on massive transfer technology. Finally, this paper suggests that relevant domestic enterprises increase the investment in research and development of Micro LED patents, focus on massive transfer technologies, strengthen collaboration between enterprises, and cooperate with universities to incubate new technologies.
