| 摘 要： | 隐喻是人类的一种基本思维模式,通过从已知到未知的跨越这一隐喻认知过程,语言获得强大的生命力.文章从隐喻认知的角度分析了英语词汇的词义变化方式,并探讨了如何把隐喻作为一种语言学习的策略和工具,运用于英语词汇教学.

| Abstract: | Our conceptual system and thinking pattern are metaphorically constructed.Language achieves its great vitality through the cognitive mapping process from the familiar source domain to the unknown target domain.The author mainly analyzes the ways of the semantic change in English words through the metaphorical and cognitive perspective and explores the way to apply metaphor as a strategy and tool to English lexical learning. |
