电沉积Sm-Co合金的研究

摘    要:在离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑氟硼酸盐(BMIM]BF4)体系中,采用电化学手段研究了Sm-Co合金的电沉积。得到了铜基体上电沉积制备的Sm-Co合金薄膜,薄膜呈现银灰色、具有金属光泽,表面致密,且与基体结合牢固。SEM观察表明,Sm-Co合金镀层的表面平整、均匀且致密;EDS测试表明,Sm-Co合金镀层中Sm的质量分数可达12%。对电沉积Sm-Co合金的电解液进行循环伏安和稳态极化曲线测试表明,在仅含有钐盐的离子液体电解液中没有明显的氧化还原峰出现,但当进一步加入钴盐后,便可以实现Sm、Co的共沉积,据此初步提出了Sm-Co合金的电沉积机理是Sm3+在Co2+的诱导作用下才能实现共沉积的诱导共沉积。

Abstract:Sm-Co alloy films were electrodeposited on copper coils in 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate(BF4)ionic liquid.Sm-Co alloy films obtained were silvery,compact and adhesive.The micromorphology and composition of Sm-Co alloy deposit were examined by the scanning electron microscope(FE-SEM) micrographs and energy dispersive X-ray analysis(EDS).SEM micrograph showed that the Sm-Co alloy coating was smooth,uniform and dense.EDX result indicated that the content of Sm in surface reached 12%.The electro...
