摘    要:对水平井段偏心环空中幂律流体和宾汉流体轴向流层流流场作了理论分析.把偏心环空视作变外径的同心环空.根据同心环空中流场分布规律.导出了水平井段偏心环空中轴向流速、剪切应力和剪切速率分布的数学表达式.并结合实验用非牛顿流体钻井液.绘制了各参数在偏心环空不同部位的分布规律曲线.解释了水平井段钻具的正偏心不利于岩屑携带的原因.并用实验结果验证了这一结论.初步建立了水平井段同心环空中层流螺旋流的微分方程.

Abstract:The theoretical analysis of flow properties of power-law fluids and Bingham fluids in the eccentric annuli of horizontal section of wells is made. The formulae of axial velocity profile, shear-stress, shear-rate for power-law and Bingham fluids in the eccentric annuli are developed regarding eccentric annuli as concentric annuli with variable outer. The paper gives the curves of above parameters of the non-Newtonian fluids used in the test at different place of eccentric annuli. It is interpreted why the drillpipe lying on the lower wall of the wellbore is unbeneficial to the cuttings remove. which was proved by the test results. Further, the paper presents the differentical equation of non-Newtonian fluid helical laminar flow in concentric annuli of horizontal section is presented.
