服装绘图仪走纸系统设计

摘    要:设计服装绘图仪绘图介质传动系统和卷纸轴收放纸系统.对传动绘图介质的橡胶压轮进行受力分析和结构改进设计.采用高精度钢刺滚轮作为送纸器,以提高传动精度,减小误差.重点研究钢刺滚轮的直径误差对走纸偏斜的影响.总结出钢刺滚轮是绘图仪最关键的零部件,其直径误差和装配误差将直接影响绘图精度.

Abstract:This paper introduces the design of the transmission paper system and controlling system of the coiling paper shaft of the Apparel Plotter.Mechanics analysis and constructure ameliorations design for the rubber-press-wheel which transmits the paper are proposed.By using high precision steel-string-wheel as deliver-paper-implement can improve transmission precision and reduce error.The paper transmission deflective error caused by the diameter error of steel-string-wheel is emphasized.The result shows that t...
