电力电容器的可靠性评估和失效分析

摘    要:研究了在 1980~1989年间按装并运行于某配电系统的 8 736台高压电力电容器。分析了541台失效电容器。在建立电力电容器失效的数学模型基础上,计算了它的故障率和可靠性水平。对电力电容器的失效机理和失效原因讨论表明,局部放电特性仍是电力电容器失效的关键。从而提出对电力系统和制造厂均有用的某些结论。

Abstract:This paper describes a study on 8736 power capacitors which were installed and operated on a distribution system during 1980 through 1989. Five hundred forty-one (541) failed capacitors were analyzed in this paper. This paper models their failure mathematical mode and calculates their failure rate and reliability level. Failure mechanisms and causes of power capacitors are also discussed in this paper. The partial discharge property is still the critical point for failure mechanism of a capacitor. Some useful conclusions are presented both for power system operators and the manufacturers.
