羧甲基甲壳素接枝丙烯酰胺对废水中偶氮染料的吸附性能

摘    要:以羧甲基甲壳素和丙烯酰胺为原料制备了接枝共聚物CMC-AM,用于处理模拟偶氮染料(以甲基红和酸性橙为例)废水.通过改变处理温度、处理时间、CMC-AM投加量和CMC-AM接枝率等因素,研究了CMC-AM对偶氮染料的吸附性能.研究表明,CMC-AM的吸附性能较羧甲基甲壳素增强,对模拟偶氮染料废水具有良好的吸附脱色性能.最适宜的吸附条件为:温度为20℃时,接枝率为60%的CMC-AM投放量为5.0g/L,处理时间10min.

Abstract:Graft copolymer CMC-AM was synthesized by grafting acrylamide onto carboxymenthy chitin and adopted to decolorized the two azo-dye in waster water. During the experiment,the effects of various factors (e.g. sorbent dosage,percentage of grafting,temperature and time)on the adsorption behavior were studied. The results indicated that graft copolymer CMC-AM has better adsorptive ability than carboxymenthyl chitin. The optimum condition was shown as following:at 20 ℃ ,added 5.0 g/L CMC -AM that percentage of grafting was 60 % ,adsorptive 10 min.
