| 摘 要： | 本文研究了具有任意五层复合基超晶格的电子结构，给出了任意Ｋ值的电子子能带方程和包络波函数的解析表示式，比文献（１）－（４）的结果更加普遍和实用，从而为对复合基超晶格物理性研究，提出了一种更加普遍的理论形式。 |

| Abstract: | Electronic structure in superlattice with a five-layer complex basis is studied.Analyti-cal solutions for the subband energies and the electronic wave functions for all values of the wave num- ber K are obtained explicitly.The results in this paper are more general and practical than the results inRefs.[1]-[4].Hence it affords a more general form for the analysis of superlattices with complex basesand application to device designs. |
