| 摘 要： | 从富含油脂的土壤中筛选到6株产脂肪酶的菌株，其所产脂肪酶在环己烷溶剂中具有催化15-羟基十五烷酸甲酯关环生成环十五内酯的活性，其中GXU08的转化率最高为17％．另外，研究了GXU08的脂肪酶水解活力对转化率的影响．结果表明：转化率随脂肪酶活力的增加而增大，但增大到一定程度时转化率不随酶活的增加而增大；继续加入酶粉进行反应，转化率又有所增加．

Study on screening of lactonizing lipase and effect of activity on yield of cyclopentadecanolide |

| Abstract: | Six strains which could produce lipase have been found from nature. The lipase has the lactonization ability in cyclohexane to catalyze methyl 15-hydroxy-pentadecanate.The conversion of GXU08 is 17%.The effect of activity on yield of cyclopentadecanolide has also been studied, the results indicate that the conversion will rise with the rise of activity, but it will not rise when it reach a level. The conversion will rise if other liase was added. |
