| 摘 要： | 随机选取青海三所高校藏、汉族大学生120名,对他们的身体形态和身体机能指标进行了统计和对比.结果表明,藏族男大学生的体质状况好于汉族男大学生;汉族女大学生体质状况好于藏族女大学生.建议:加强体育锻炼,按照藏、汉族大学生的体质特点有针对性地进行体育教学和体育锻炼,有效增强藏汉大学生的体质健康水平.
