沥青混合料抗车辙性能影响因素分析

为更有针对性地预防沥青路面车辙的产生,选取了混合料类型、温度、荷载、行车速度四个因素,分析其对混合料抗车辙性的影响规律.通过设计正交试验方案,选择动稳定度作为考核指标.分析得出,各因素对沥青混合料抗车辙性的影响程度由大到小排序,依次为:混合料类型、温度、行车速度、荷载.并提出了相关预防车辙建议.

Analysis on influence factors of rut-resistance of asphalt mixture

For prevention of rutting generating,four factors are selected: the type of mixture,temperature,load,and speed,and analysised the affecting law of anti-rutting performance of asphalt mixture.Through the design of orthogonal pilot program and selecting the dynamic stability as assessment indicators,in the aspect of the important in influence factors of the anti-rutting performance of asphalt mixture,the descending order is as follows: the type of mixture,temperature,speed,load.And relevant recommendations is maken to prevent rutting.
