远红外辐射加热增强红外探雷技术

摘    要:针对被动红外探雷技术受雷场外环境影响大的弊端,提出了利用远红外作为辐射源加热雷场,增强雷场表面对比度的新方法.首先建立了红外辐射下雷场的热传导模型并进行了一组仿真,其中一个在1 000 W/m2的功率密度下加热3min后,雷场有雷表面和周围表面温度相差1.134℃.很多红外相机完全能够捕捉该对比信息,紧接着分析了影响加热效果的因素.最后分析了该技术存在的问题和进一步要研究的方向.

Abstract:It is greatly reducing the shortcomings of the passive infrared detection technology by using a far infrared source illuminate buried landmines.A minefield thermal model and simulated it under a fixed irradiation are introduced.One of them has a 1.134 ℃ difference between the center and the edge of the surface after three minutes,under a 1 000 W/m2 irradiation power density.It can be distinguished sufficiently by many infrared cameras.Some parameters regarding to the effect of heating are discussed later,at last the development of this research is reviewed and the future focus is proposed.
